All that said, I'd rather own Ford stock. The reason is that Ford produces a tangible product and benefit whereas Yahoo does not. As you point out, Ford has done an admirable job in the worst automotive market. I sold my small amount of Ford stock a couple of months ago thinking Ford could not hold up; however, the stock has continued to climb. Now if the UAW will cooperate, perhaps Ford and the car buying public can save their jobs.

Go back to school and get some writing and construction classes... then do some internship time with a good editor. Your redundancies and excess wordage is annoying, at best. Superfluity seems to be your goal.

As a topip for Happy Hour, I think mixing a little wine tasting for the holidays and a discussion on business with Gary Vanerchuk would be quite interesting. Make it happen = )

Hi Cody, the investors in ford's stocks and Bonds took a bath, why is it that the bank shareholders, as you mentioned are entitled to a profit, but they'll also at risk for loss. When in this country did we decide which stocks may suffer losses and which stocks will not. I'm not sure, but I don't think our forefathers planned for the Congress to be stock pickers. I may be wrong, I don't get out much.

Keep talking it down so that it keeps going up... I have been buying since your last article and nobody is listening... Ford has gained 2.2 % market share in the last year. They are experiencing good will for now, and have exciting fuel efficient vehicles.
