Skirts Can Be Sexy; Shoes Not So Much

Since I’m already in turbo rant mode and since I’ve already pissed every stiletto-wearer on the planet off already, here’s another thing…
Seriously, it’s enough with the outrageous high heels already. At least during the last couple years, stilettos were cool…they were “in”.
They’re passe now. Let it go. You’re going to look back in a few years and feel very stupid seeing pictures of yourself painfully suffering through shoes like these:
Six inch heels? Why, I ask, why? It’s not sexy, okay?:
And another other thing…can you imagine how uncomfortable the cheapie-knock off versions of these Jimmy Choos must be? $20 shoes usually hurt your feet and fall apart too quickly anyway. Exacerbating that with platforms and 4″ heels is…well, stupid. And out of style.
Can we get back to being obsessed with say, skirt length, instead of heel-length? At least skirts can make you look sexy. I’m not sure I’ve ever thought a shoe was sexy…just stupid.

You guys are crazy. High heels add so much to a womans look. Lets start by the lift that it gives to the HINEE, and to see those pretty calf muscles. And if you are foot man like myself, its nothing like seeing an arched foot and some pretty toes tip-toeing around in some sexy stilettos.
Gotta agree on this one. I think 99% of women’s fashion is just the women showing off to each other. Most of us guys don’t know and don’t care about the differences between the $20 version and the $2000 version.
Hell, most of us are really only familiar with two types of womens’ clothing: The ones she’s wearing, and the ones tossed on the floor somewhere between the living room and the bedroom. The latter, of course, are far more desirable.
Me, I tend to like a woman who knows how to look good in the environment she’s in. And since my own preferred environment tends to be isolated river canyons and mountaintops, I will rarely if ever find a woman looking good in heels. But a woman whose hair is still wet from washing it in the river, wearing an improvised wraparound sarong, loose t-shirt and Chacos as the sun sets at the end of a long day is possibly the most beatiful thing I’ll ever see.
Shouldn’t have let her go…

Cody, Cody, Cody. Gotta call you on this one buddy. Stilletos may be stupid, but they sure look sexy to me. And to all the girls who wear them, i say thank you! Six inch heels and short skirts sounds like a good trade to me. Thanks Cody!

First of all, there is a difference between “hooker” heels and a classy high heel shoe. A big difference, and not just in the price. As someone who likes Italy, have you not noticed how skillfully the Italian women navigate cobblestone streets- in heels? It comes down to style and you either have or you don’t and if you don’t have it, heels or skirts are not going to make the difference.
Why do you care, it is all how we as women feel. If you feel confident, you will act confident. Not to mention, most men I know love sexy stilletos. Focus on mens wear!

Why do you think the financial institutions are taking their medicine now? Are they hoping that the Fed stays the course until next spring before raising rates? Hey Cody I have this real idea. Why not encourage your Happy Hour Partner in Crime Rebecca GOGO Gomez to write a blog. Just throw the idea at her at a Happy Hour Productiom meeting tommorrow and u can say the Chuckster came up with the crazy idea. We need a Happy Hour blog here in the Fox Blogosphere.
I cringe every time I see a full length shot of the beautiful women at Fox News- they wear some of the highest heels around and still report the news effortlessly. How they do it without constantly wincing is beyond me.
