I Gave Up Control, and So Too Is Isiah, BTW

Okay, so I stayed home tonight wanting to get some rest. And instead I've ended up insomniac-ally playing with FireFox extensions all night. There's some great blogging extensions that make it easier than ever to link blog posts to articles I'm reading as I'm reading them.

But there's a problem with every single one of the extensions as I try to log in on them, of course. And after reading up the topic after the fourth one just told me I've got a "TypeError: node has no properties" I've figured out that -- yes, the problem lies with something on the server side that I need to tweak so that I can post more easily using these extensions.

But I can't get to the server side anymore...because I gave up control to Fox!

At any rate, here's the article I was indeed using as my guinea pig for all these blogging extensions:

    ISIAH OUT AS KNICKS COACH

STAYS WITH ORGANIZATION; JACKSON, VAN GUNDY, WILLIAMS ON LIST

    By MARC BERMAN

And my analysis/commentary on the the fact that Isiah's out as Knicks' Coach:

Whew! Finally, right?! Gotta admit though, now I'm a little pissed that my neighbor had invited me to what I just realized was of course Isiah's last home game as coach. Now I'm not much of a sportsfan, per se -- love to play and often love to cheer for individual players, but can't too excited about corporate teams (NFL, NBA, etc) or monopoly-repressive teams (NCAA). And in this case, I've long cheered against Isiah from afar and have indeed avoided watching a single Knick game under his coachmanship.

One parting thought on that note -- do I have to continue boycotting the Knicks since Isiah's still on the payroll there?

And with that, I am gonna go get some rest. For real this time!
